My Life As a Fitness Model By Quentin Randis

My name is Quentin, I’m 24 years of age.

In the beginning, fitness was just a hobby, just to train and condition to become stronger, faster, and more efficient on the field. I was coached by an American coach at the time, who inspired me and gave me the motivation I needed to reach my goals, in sports, at work, and in life itself.

From then, training myself became my way of life. Work hard, be different, inspire and help others, couldn’t find a greater purpose in life.

The real change appeared in 2012 when I moved to New York City, USA for six months. I was on my own, following my own rules, training to a new gym, meeting new people, and forging new goals.

That first trip was only the beginning of a new life. I’m now living in Sydney, been here almost a couple of years, working as a health, fitness and leadership coach in order to keep on my journey on inspiring people around the world.

Today, I do my best to mix up as many types of training as possible, in order to become a true athlete; gymnastics, strength training, speed, agility, resistance and football. Because, after all, looking good is one thing but if you can’t use that physique for a greater purpose, it’s pointless.

Remember, it’s all about your mindset: if you believe in yourself, if you work hard in your life, if you have the discipline to follow your plan of actions, you will have results. In the gym it’s the same thing, if you have the discipline to follow your workout, to follow your diet, you will have results.

Be patient with yourself. You are growing stronger every day. The weight of the world will become lighter… and you will begin to shine brighter. The secret to success is don’t give up!

For anyone who is thinking about getting into fitness modelling, I would say this:

1. Trust yourself no matter what.

2. Place the people before yourself, and work on yourself in order to inspire them.

3. Work on your body as much as you work on your mind to get results.

4. Want it as bad as you want to breathe!
