Country Road Launches Activewear Range

Australia’s most iconic lifestyle brand is getting sporty, launching the highly anticipated Country Road ACTIVE line, a range of high-performance, technical activewear for the fashion conscious. Country Road ACTIVE considers how women want to move, delivering a collection that balances style and function. Country Road’s Managing Director Sophie Holt said activewear was a natural progression for the brand.

Made for high intensity workouts, Country Road ACTIVE pieces are seamless, supportive and fashionable. To meet performance and climate expectations, breathable organic cotton and quick drying materials draw moisture away from the skin while thermal and windproof fabrications protect against the elements.

A focus on fashion shines through with bright hues and flashes of neon. Metallic highlights and geometric prints are on point for the new season, mixed with sporty perforations and mesh. Expect cool shades of mint and neon orange worn with pale grey and fresh white.

Fronting the first campaign and beautiful short-film Raise the Pulse is Australian high-jump champion Amy Pejkovic. The film captures moments of pulse-raising, high intensity exercise balanced with low impact stretching and yoga – following Amy’s character on her daily workouts.
