Adam MacDougall is a former professional rugby league player. He won two premierships with the Newcastle Knights, and was a New South Wales and Australia International representative. Following his retirement from the sport in 2011, Adam channeled his energies into developing nutritional products to help Australians lose weight – including the popular Man Shake.
